LARGE SYSTEMS · PILOT SCREENS FIRST Real screens before any deposit
  1. 01Discovery: system boundaries, roles, data flow.
  2. 02We build the homepage and key screens as clickable work.
  3. 03You judge craft and taste from real screens, not a deck.
  4. 04Accepted: a partial deposit, then full production.

Twelve months minimum, then month to month. The share is charged on paid online orders net of refunds; sales in a physical store are not counted. Buy the site out at any time at the price shown: it becomes yours and continues on a standard hosting plan with no share. Sites that take no payments are built and hosted on the one-off terms above, with no share involved.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions worth answering first

What is delivered? All source code and all design files, with fonts and licences listed.
How many revisions? Three rounds within the agreed scope. Further rounds, or a change of scope, are quoted separately and in writing before we start.
Who owns the work? You do, in full, from the moment payment clears. We ask only for permission to show it in this collection.
Hosting and maintenance? Deployment to your own hosting is included, and the code is yours to run anywhere. If you would rather not run it, we will — from $19 a month, quoted separately from the build. Hosting & care.
Do you build on Shopify, WooCommerce or WordPress? No. Every site we deliver is written from scratch and runs on your own server — no theme, and nothing ten thousand other stores are also using. A site that takes no payments is a one-off build with no subscription and no transaction fee; a site that does is built for no fee and pays monthly plus a share of sales, with a buy-out at any time. If a template store genuinely fits your case, we will say so on day one.
