WHAT IT COVERS

A finished website is not a finished job.

The build ends; the upkeep does not. Certificates expire, servers need patching, backups have to exist before you need them, and someone has to answer when the contact form stops sending.

Registered in your name, renewed every year. If you already have one, we use yours.

02 · SERVER Patched, monitored, backed up

Your site runs on our servers behind a CDN. HTTPS renews itself, the runtime stays current, backups run nightly and keep thirty days, and monitoring tells us it is down before a customer does.

03 · REPAIRS Faults are ours to repair

If something we built or something we run stops working, we fix it at no charge.

Twelve months minimum, then month to month. The share is charged on paid online orders net of refunds; sales in a physical store are not counted. Buy the site out at any time at the price shown: it becomes yours and continues on a standard hosting plan with no share. Sites that take no payments are built and hosted on the one-off terms above, with no share involved.

LEAVING

Leaving takes one email

No minimum term Billed month to month. Thirty days' notice and it stops; a year paid up front is refunded pro rata.

The domain is yours Registered in your name from the day it is bought. We release it on request, at no charge.

Everything goes with you Code, database and uploaded files, handed over in full. It runs on any server you move it to.

No exit fee No cancellation charge, no fee to export your own data, no final invoice for migration.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions worth answering first

Do I need a domain already? No. One standard domain comes with the plan. If you have one, we use it.

Is hosting part of the build price? No. The two are quoted and invoiced separately. Start a plan on launch day, years later, or never.

Do I have to take a plan? No. Deployment to your own server is part of every build, free. Many clients run their own site.

Can you host a site you did not build? Often, yes. Send the address and we answer within one business day, with a price or a clear no. We can also take over the maintenance and leave the site on your own server.

Why less than a maintenance retainer? No account-management layer, and the servers are already running.
